Follow Friday is a meme hosted by Parajunkee and Allison Can Read

Q: What drove you to start book blogging in the first place?

A: It will be 2 years in November when I started blogging. I am not sure exactly what got me into it other than I was talking to an author friend of mine, who suggested I give it a try when we were on our many discussions about books. She is really the one that got the ball rolling for me. She was my first interview and giveaway. Thank you Shelly!

After that I became addicted, signed up for everything I could. I admit I got a bit nuts with it. But after two years and learning some lessons, I am enjoying it as much as I did when I first started.

    Wow, that's a very original answer! How awesome that an author would push you into this! Old follower, commenting back :0) And... just to let you know, one of your widgets is wider than the rest. I tried refreshing the page thinking maybe I accidentally expanded it, but I didn't. It's blocking part of the comment box so I had to write this in notepad LOL. It's hard to write a comment without seeing your comment, haha.

    I'm amazed at people who've been doing it for years. I was barely on GR two years ago. Congratulations. I'm still at the point where I'm trying to balance reading and blogging. Reading is kind of losing right now. Plus I'm seriously behind on writing my reviews!

    New follower! I'm kind of opposite. I've been blogging about 2 years and I'm just now kind of starting to participate in meme's and such. I'm more of a loner and that followed me into blogging but I'm trying to be more social. LOL

      Blog tours are for example with Bewitching Book Tours. it's where the author is scheduled to promote their book or books over a scheduled period of time , on several blogs. I have a few coming up so if you want to stop by to see how they run. They are so much fun.

      It took me awhile to find my balance and just not accept everything that comes through. Though I still do with with reviews its just so hard to say no.
