I know I just changed this a month or so ago but that was just a background, this is a template. What do you think? Do you like ? How about the font is it okay? Let me have it.
I am hoping to get a custom design at some point (Sept) at the earliest) but for now this is the look.

ReplyDeleteEasy on the eyes but not exactly the theme that I expected for the books and authors your blog showcases. However do like the color scheme and the fonts as it is really easy to see and read this way.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think about that but it will be only temporary, I am finally going to get a custom design in September I hope so anyway. the other one if I could have gotten the background to show more, or it was more like a template I might have stayed with it. Who know's I might be different next month til I get my custom design LOL.

ReplyDeleteFor myself, I don't want a custom design. I prefer to change things up periodically. I always keep the same header, but I change backgrounds. With a custom design, you always have to pay again if you want something different. Not for me. Number one, no finances for it, and like I said, I like to be able to change. =O)
True I didn't think of it and you make a great point. Do you know of other freebie sites I can keep a look out for? I tried just backgrounds it just didn't flow like I wanted. I rather got with templates.
ReplyDeleteDonna have you ever tried templates from Freya Silver? she has some really pretty free stuff to choose from in 3 column templates with the neatest backgrounds that go with the paranormal feel of what you review and promote.

ReplyDeleteDonna when I went to Freya's site saw that, take a gander at Full Moon Bites blog. Holly is one you host for and her blog template is one of Freya's. I used one of hers for awhile before getting what I have now for past several years.
