"Where'd they go?" a voice called out breathlessly.
Sarah jumped and glanced at the trees that bordered the meadow on her right.
"That way! Straight ahead! Don't lose 'em!"
Sounds like a great action scene! I wonder where that voice is coming from and whose it is?

DeleteI work as a tutor, so I've been re-reading 'modern classics' this summer ('The Outsiders', 'Fahrenheit 451', and 'Adventures of Huckleberry Finn'). I'm not sure that these really work for teasers, lol. I'll try this out as soon as I have a chance to grab some newer fiction.
