while I don't mind suspenseful movies, I do not do horror flicks -- at all. last one I went to was in high school (back in the 80's) & think I had my eyes shut through almost half of it. afterward I said no more, peer pressure or not. I can still remember the bad dreams that kept me awake the night after watching Jaws2 as a kid (they tended to feature reruns of the end of the movie where the sharks meets its end, but still) ;)
ReplyDeletei don't like horror film, i was traumatized by It from stephen king and years later i still have nightmares when i think of it
ReplyDeleteI don't like the really gory ones. I love the original Fright Night with William Ragsdale and Chris Sarandon. A little gore but more hyumor and atmosphere.
ReplyDeleteI like suspenseful horror movies than the torture porn that was so popular awhile back. I love Scream, Children Under the Stairs, Army of Darkness (ok, that one barely counts!)...
ReplyDeleteI sort of LOVE horror films. I didn't grow up on them, and I still don't care for the R-Rated content, but I love the idea of beating the evil bad guy in such a tangible way. There's a certain element of girl power as well. Totally love them. Not sure what my fave is. Recently, I've really liked House of Wax and My Bloody Valentine. Thanks for the giveaway! :D
ReplyDeleteI love horror movies. I enjoy watching the Halloween movies, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Omen, and the Saw movies to name a few.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to like horror movies. I'm such a wuss though that I give myself nightmares when I watch things. I've always wanted to finish watching IT, because I adore Tim Curry, but I can't deal with clowns. I think my favorite horror movie is The House on Haunted Hill, the Vincent Price version. I love Vincent Price. I could watch most of his movies.
ReplyDeleteI've always loved horror movies! Do I have a favorite? Well probably A Nightmare On Elm Street because of my experience. I was watching the movie at home during the summer (I was a teenager). My dad was outside the window waiting for the perfect moment to scare the crap out of me (which he did). Anyway, to make a long story short, I screamed and peed my pants! LOL That was a memory I'll never forget. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the old school horror films..like Friday the 13th,Nightmare on Elm St,Cujo,Sleepaway Camp,Halloween..Not the new ones they are all about the gore.Don't like those.
ReplyDeleteI love horror movies. My parents told me at two, i was addicted. Hellraisers were my favorite. I do remember being obsessed with that needle head guy. lol I love any and all kinds of horror movies. Childs Play, Aliens, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, 100 Feet, etc. I dont have a favorite. I love them all! :) Thank you!

ReplyDeleteI love horror movies!!! I grew up watching them all, My favorites are probably the Nightmare on Elm Streets, but I love Friday the 13th, Halloween, Candyman, Saw, & so many more.
ReplyDeleteI never have cared much for horror movies. I think the scariest movie I've ever seen is Alien and I had no idea it was going to be so scary before I went to see it. I did like it though, but more for the SciFi elements than the horror elements.
ReplyDeleteI don't like horror movies that much. My favorite is Scream but I don't know if it's really scary though :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is The Shining, original.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a favorite but I do love the Dracula movies starring Christopher Lee.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
