For The Love of Mythology Giveaway Hop




This is my very first event I am hosting and will be cohosting with Buffy's Ramblings, Close Encounters with The Night Kind,
This hop is centered around all types of Mythology(Greek, Roman, Egyptian and so on), YA, Fiction, Nonfiction, Adult, Romance and Erotic is welcome as well. 

This giveaway hop is running from June 1st to 8th . You must have your post up no later than 12pm on June 1st.

  4. I love reading books inspired from any mythology: greek, egyptian, native american, scandinavian, celtic... you name it! My favorite remains Hades and Persephone :)

  7. I love mythology in general, greek, egyptian but also norse mythology i don't have a favourite myth but i love those includind adventure, romance and that end well

  8. I LOVE the Cherokee myth of the strawberry (I think it's just called "Strawberry Legend"). It's kind of like an Indian romance novel, where love conquers all in the end, and who doesn't love a happy ending? :)

  10. I love all mythology, myths about the gods & goddesses of different pantheons, vampires, werewolves, shifters, djinn, fae, demons and so on. To pick just one, might insult one that I would prefer not to be upset.

  13. I have to say I love The Odyssey. I just love it when he finally gets home after all the challenges he's had and has to get rid of all of the suitors his wife has. I also love how clever the wife is in postponing having to decide between all of the men that have come to claim her and her kingdom throughout the whole time her husband is gone.

  14. I like the story of the Pleiades--the daughters of Atlas. They were chased by Orion so Zeus made them stars in the sky to protect them:)

  17. I don't really have a favorite-Egyptian, Chinese, Greek, Celtic, Norse, no preference, but prefer the stories that don't end in tragedies. I think my favorite is Jason and the Argonauts.

  19. I don't have a favorite individual myth per se, but I've been reading a lot of the mytholofy and folklore of the Norse and Celtic pantheon.

  42. Some of my favorite myths are Hades and Persephone, Theseus and the Minotaur, and Orpheus and Eurydice. But I also love reading mythology from non-western cultures. Thanks for being part of the hop!

  46. I love Greek mythology and the story of Persephone and Hades! My favorite book is Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon and how she ties in the Dark Hunters with greek mythology!
