 Blurb:

He's looking for peace, quiet, and a little romance...

There's never a dull moment when hunky all-star pitcher and shapeshifter Jason Falco invests in an old Boston brownstone apartment building full of supernatural creatures. But when Merry MacKenzie moves into the ground floor apartment, the playboy pitcher decides he might just be done playing the field...

A girl just wants to have fun...

Sexy Jason seems like the perfect fling, but newly independent nurse Merry's not sure she's ready to trust him with her heart...especially when the tabloids start trumpeting his playboy lifestyle. Then pandemonium breaks loose and Merry and Jason will never get it together without a little help from the vampire who lives in the basement and the werewolf from upstairs...

 Review:

Here is another book I have been wanting to read for a long time and just kept pushing it back on my to be read list. Partly due to the fact I didn't have all the books in the series. I am kind of funny that way. Anyway enough of my rambling.

I loved every part of this book. So much so that I would love to live in this apartment building. Can you imagine having a ghost and various other paranormal beings living right next to you. I would so love that to be honest. The characters were hilarious, especially Carl the sarcastic ghost. He was so much fun. I almost loved him more than the main characters. The characters I couldn't stand were, Aunt Dottie and Lila. I could slap both of these women. The fact I felt that way, means the author did an amazing job writing them.

This was such a fun read and I can't wait to dive into the next book. If by chance you haven't read this, I highly recommend it.
