Amazon Summary:
hey call it Deadtown: the city's quarantined section for its inhuman and undead residents. Most humans stay far from its borders - but Victory Vaughn, Boston's only professional demon slayer, isn't exactly human...

Boston's diverse South End is known for its architecture and great restaurants, not its body count. So when mutilated human corpses begin turning up in the area, the entire city takes notice. The killer-dubbed the South End Reaper-uses a curved blade for his grisly work. And even though there's no real evidence pointing to a paranormal culprit, the deaths are straining the already-tense relations between Boston's human and inhuman residents.

As the bodies pile up, Vicky, her formidable aunt, Mab, and her werewolf boyfriend, Kane investigate, only to find that the creature behind the carnage is after something much more than blood...

Review:
I have been wanting to read this series for awhile so when this book came up on tour, I had to sign up and nearly squealed when my copy came in the mail. Only thing that concerned me was because I haven't read the other 2 books would I become confused but Nancy does a wonderful job of not doing so.

I think I found another series and author that is a must buy for me. The action is packed all the way through and the different kind of demons is fascinating to me , especially the Peccatum which uses the seven deadly sins to grasp its victims. Very very interesting take and it had me pulled into from the get go.

The story and characters flowed perfectly together, I absolutely love her Aunt and who couldn't love Kane, werewolf boyfriend(I think werewolves ) are becoming my new favorite paranormal. Gasp I know from the crazily obsessed vampire lover that I am. Lets just say I devoured this book in one day, I just couldn't put it down. Love love when a book can do that.

Would I recommend? Yes, Yes Yes run don't walk to Amazon and order it if not enter the contest for a chance to win an autographed set(which I wish could enter :(). Anyway enough rambling I will be ordering the first two books next month. .

Rating:
If I could rate this book higher I would
