Blurb from Tina's Website:
Early 1800s - Venice Italy
Isabella Tenderini, a wealthy merchant's widow rescues a stranger from drowning in one of Venice's canals. And how does the man repay her selfless act? By kissing her - her, a respectable woman.
Not only is Raphael di Santori grateful for his life being saved, he would also like to thank his rescuer very intimately - more intimately than decorum allows. But then, Raphael has never been one to play by the rules - as a vampire he doesn't have to.
Warning: This vampire novella is sexually more explicit than my other books. So, if you're a little squeamish about things like voyeurism and other sexual taboos, it's safe to assume you won't like this one.
Review:
Can I just say how much I love Tina's books, I had read her warning so I was pretty sure what I was getting into when I started to read this book. This book didn't disappoint but my eyes did grow wide with a few scenes.
There are several things I loved about this book, one that it takes place in one of my favorite cities. I lived in Italy when I was a small child and to be taken back to a country and city that I fell in love with way back when was so nice.
Secondly, Tina's writing amazes me each time I read her books, I admit I haven't read too much erotica -what I have, has been mild so this was a bit of a shock to the system but it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable in reading and that is do to the fact it was well written.
I devoured this book in just a couple hours , I tuned out everything around me I just couldn't get enough of Raphael and Isabella.
Only part I didn't like was it was too short, I really could use more of their story.
Would I recommend ? Yes but please read Tina's warning if you aren't into voyeurism and other sexual taboos then this book won't be for you. Meanwhile I am running off to get the second book in this series Venice Vampyr-Final Affair(Dante's book).
Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars

Goodreads Summary:
After Maya is turned into a vampire against her will, vampire and Scanguards bodyguard Gabriel is charged with protecting her and finding her attacker.
Gabriel has never guarded a body as perfect as Maya’s. But while the sexual tension between them rises and the rogue vampire closes in on them, Gabriel can’t allow himself to give into the desire he feels for Maya. He fears to fully show himself to her despite the intimacies they share - afraid she will react like all other women when she discovers the horror he hides.
Will she run from him when she discovers his secret, calling him a monster, a freak, a creature not worthy of her love?
Caution: graphic and explicit sex scenes - not for the faint of heart.
Review:
Ok I have been sitting here trying to figure out just exactly how to review this book for one I knew going in I was going to love it or at least I hoped I would, after reading one of Tina's other works in another series I became a fan almost immediately. Let me say this one didn't disappoint and even though I hadn't read the first two books in this series, I didn't feel lost at all.
Let me just start by saying I adore Gabriel. I could be wrong but this is the first I have read a vampire with insecurities and still be her knight in shining armor so to speak and that was a refreshing change for me. Don't get me wrong I love my broody vampires but I think I almost love the vulnerable vampire more.
I know you wondering what I thought about the issues he had, to say I was totally floored would be an understatement. My mind was racing the whole time I read this trying to figure out what they were and what could be that bad to make him feel like he was a monster to women and you don't wanna know what I had been thinking it might have been(I was at one point tempted to skim ahead to find out but I didn't). I felt like a detective trying to figure out what was up with Gabriel and Maya who had her own issues that no one could figure out either and I loved every minute of it.
Maya was easy to connect to as well, I liked the fact though she was scared she did so without being whiny. The twist Tina took regarding her turning surprised me and I won't go into too much detail because I don't want to spoil it for who hasn't read it yet.
Now on to the good stuff, we all know we love these scenes admit it! I want so badly to be able to mention one my favorite scenes but I can't, lets just say I wish I had a man who would do what he did just because it needed done. The build up was almost as hot as the actual acts.
Would I recommend this book? Yes, I say run don't walk and get this book. This is the third in the Scanguard series but it can be read as a stand alone with no problems though after you do read it , I can almost guarantee you will want the first two, I know I do.
My Rating for this book is a 5 out of 5 stars

Goodreads summary:
Selfish and gorgeous Greek God Triton is cast out of Olympus after seducing Zeus’ mistress and can only gain reentry if he finds a woman who loves him for his kindness and selflessness, not his beauty. When the mortal Sophia – recovering from an eye operation and virtually blind – needs a home healthcare worker, he takes on the role, hoping she will be his ticket home.
While defending Sophia from an unknown adversary, Triton’s protective instinct emerges. At the same time rival Gods do everything to doom him to failure. And even if Triton can win Sophia’s love, will he throw it away to return home, or will he lose his own heart to the only woman who truly sees him?
A Touch of Greek is the first book in the humorous and sexy paranormal romance series Out of Olympus following the romantic adventures of four Gods: Triton, Dionysus, Eros, and Hermes.
Review:
Triton, son of Poseidon has found himself in a mess and now he has to face his punishment from Zeus- his crime seducing Zeus's mistress. His punishment to find a woman that would love him not for his devastating good looks(after all he is a god) but for his kindness and selflessness.
Sophia, has had it with men - at least ones that made her heart flutter as well as other areas. She has no time for such things, she has too much on her plate that is until Triton walks into her life.
What I liked:
What did I like about this book? How much time do you have? Seriously though, I loved this book. I felt totally connected with the characters. To me a good book is one that I could emotionally relate too and this one did it all the way through to the end. I laughed, screamed in anger(silently of course) and felt the pain as well. The hot steamy scenes had me wanting to turn my heat down to cool off.
I also enjoyed the interaction with the Gods. She did a excellent job in incorporating them into the storyline and made them believable.
As for the plot line it was smooth and read well. I didn't once feel like saying hurry up already get to the point.
What I didn't Like:
There is only one thing and that is it ended, I could have continued reading this book forever. Well not forever but you get the point.
The next book in the series (Dionysus) is planned for June/July. And I can't wait!
So if you love Greek Mythology, mixed with hot, sexy romance oh did I forget to mention Hot Sexy Greek Gods? Well then this book is for you. Would I recommend it YES!
I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
