I would talk to Vincent Price. I loved his voice and would ask him who of the available celebrities that were around now that he would like to do a movie with. he was one of a kind and there will never be another like him.
This is a hard question, too many to choose from. I would talk to Abraham Lincoln and ask him what he thinks about being in a book and a movie dealing with Vampires.
Probably any author who is studied in school. Primarily to discuss what's been interpreted about their work and did it really mean what they say it does and was it intended. I have a feeling lots of dead authors would go, "What?!? I was trying trying to write a fun story. I didn't mean it to refer to racial conflict or to speak out against the government!"

Jane Austen! I'd ask her what other books she would have written had she not passed away and her inspirations for her great books

Princess Diana. What does she think of her sons now?

hmm.I don't think there is a famous person I'd want to talk to. I'd want to speak to a family member.
