Kelly's IMM this week:

Books I've Won: Well, I don't have it yet in my hot little hands, but I received notification that I won Book 6 in the Earth's Children series (remember Clan of the Cave Bear? If you don't you should read it!), The Land of Painted Caves. I won a copy through a contest on Good Reads directly from the publisher. It's the first book I've ever won of any kind so I'm very excited.

Currently Reading: Book 2 in the Dark Hunter series, Night Pleasures. On loan to me from my local library. I've only recently discovered my local library and I can only say, wow, where have I been? This is a small book which I should be finishing today actually.

Book's I've Read This Week: Well, I've read a novella, Eternity Embraced, and I finished a BDB book, Lover Unbound and from the fiction genre, The Lake of Dreams.

Books I Plan To Read This Week: I picked up 7 books from my library on Friday and I have the books until the 22nd of the Month. I need to focus on reading to get through them. All the Pretty Girls is on The Book Lover's Hideaway Monthly Challenge and The Glass Castle is a book I've wanted to read since reading Unbroken Horses by the same author.

I have a few reviews coming at you soon. One for The Lake of Dreams and another or Night Pleasures. So tell me, what do you have in your mailbox?

Oh I have Bloodthirsty in my pile as well, can't wait to see what you think of it Donna! And yay for the Dark Hunter series Kelly, it's a favorite of mine. I've cheated and skipped around and read out of order, I started with Acheron, and that book has 500 pages that I will never, ever, ever read again. Ever. They ripped my heart out!

BLHmistress said...

I can't wait either, Its supposed to be a funny take on vampires so I am interested in just how. I agree Acheron I so loved that book but it is a very hard read, I cried, laughed and wanted to throw the book or at least reach in and grab a few people in it and wring their necks. I want to read it again to see if I still have the same effect to it.

Hey, Archeron was in Night Pleasures. He had green hair. Not judgin...just sayin'. Isn't his book like #14 or something? He's like way ahead of things right???

BLHmistress said...

You will find Acheron has different hair in a lot of the books he changes alot lol. His is um let me go look real quick His is book 15 and its big 2 stories in one actually his past then the present with him meeting his HEA.

BLHmistress said...

OH and a warning his is hard to read, not slow or writing wise more like emotional wise- just letting you know now but it is by far my favorite I love Ash so much!!
