I totally forgot that I said I would get back to you about the rating system! I suck! Sorry. I wish I had something clever for you, but mine just kinda came to me at the same time as the name. The food tie in with the word devour was just so easy. If I think of something I will let you know!
And good luck on the challenges, I hope I can complete mine too!

Mine:

Wish both of us luck with all those resolution :D

Hope you have another great year

I will volunteer to be a guest blogger. I can give a steam review :) that would be fun.

It took me awhile to come up with a rating. My blasts are well never exact because I'm never exact so it works but I'm not completely happy with it either.

I hope my challenge is one of those you are trying to finish! ;) I think Morbid Romantica Challenge 2011 will be fun because I have it so open (both of them.)

Good luck.

My resolutions are 1.) read more then I did so far this year, 104 books and short stories. 2.) not cut my hair. Trying to grow it out.

Stop by for Ridley's Giveaway , a hardcover Beautiful Creatures book!

Doing more giveaways would be fun but I would love to do different ones. I can't wait to see what you have.

@Aleetha same here those games are addictive lol. hence the one manage my time better :)

@ Mad Scientist oh I would love for you to do a guest blog - figure out the time , a steam review would be perfect. I have am having problems getting out of my norm and try new reads , one reason I wanted either guest reviewers or blog post. As for your challenge yes I set up my challenge page and now trying to figure out what books to read for them.

@robsad79- this is a big one for me as well , Love the giveaways too and so want to give them a try.

Hello! Thank you for posting the meme and linking up! :) Great Resolutions! I think every post I read I come up with more for me to do this year coming. I need to work on a rating system too. It just seems so hard to find one to fit my blog. ;)

Oh, and good luck with quiting smoking. It is one you really have to work at. I think I worked at quiting for many years before I really got serious about it. I've now been smoke free for about 4 years now. Although I still have my days where I think it could be so easy to just buy a pack of smoks and start up again. :)

Good luck to you! And thank you!

Good luck with all your resolutions, and here's some extra good wishes for the quitting smoking one -- that's a hard one for sure :)

Donna it is a harsh awakening when we have to "list" things that we should be doing anyway isn't it? I too have time management problems, although mine are usually caused by a lack of quality sleep more than anything.
Good luck with your list and extra good luck with quitting smoking, best thing you can do for yourself and your son is throw away the "cancer stick"!

My Dad was a heavy smoker for many years, it took me 3 tries of crying and begging before he finally stopped cold turkey 30 years ago!

We have a lot of similar resolutions! #1 being the personal one. This year I WILL quit smoking. I don't care if it kills me LOL. I also want to work on my rating system. I see so many very cool ratings and mine looks so antiquated. Challenges will be big too. So toast to you and your resolutions! We'll get through them together!

BLHmistress said...

maybe we can be quit smoking buddies? Maybe sub books for a cig? or something?

As for a rating system, I haven't a clue what to come up with either.

Amin for the smoking part. I need to stop that habit as well...
